Inn on Charlotte Bed & Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $25 processing fee per room.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 21 day cancellation notice is required on multiple room bookings, whole house bookings, and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and goes to 6:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If arriving outside of the check-in times please call us to arrange a late check-in. To accommodate guests already checked in, the last check-in will be at 8:00 pm, we apologize, no exceptions.

Service animals allowed as required by law.
Due to the increased transaction costs associated with American Express and Discover, we no longer accept these cards.
