Inn on Charlotte Bed & Breakfast is an intimate and exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

Cancellation Policies:

  • If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us right away.

Prior to 7 days before arrival:
  • Cancellation fee is $75 per room, per night (number of rooms x number of nights)

Less than 7 days before arrival:
  • No Fee but, You must take responsibility for the cost of your entire reservation

Cancellation Policies for Large Groups (4 or more rooms):

Prior to 21 days before arrival:
  • Cancellation fee is $75 per room, per night (number of rooms x number of nights)

Less than 21 days before arrival:
  • No Fee but, You must take responsibility for the cost of your entire reservation

* If we can rebook the room(s) night(s) a partial refund less cancelation fees will be made.

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and goes to 6:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If arriving outside of the check-in times please call us to arrange a late check-in. To accommodate guests already checked in, the last check-in will be at 8:00 pm, we apologize, no exceptions.

Front desk is open 10:00AM to 6:00PM

No Smoking ~ No Pets ~ No Children.

Service animals allowed as required by law.

Must use Visa or MasterCard for the reservation. We take payment at check-in and only accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash, and Gift Certificates that are purchased from The INN On Charlotte. We do not participate in any other gift card programs, and that includes bedandbreakfast.com.

Large groups & Whole House bookings Policy & Fees:

  • Gratuity Fee of 10% is added per room/per night
  • No food can be brought into the inn, including pizza deliveries.
  • No parties and no non-registered guests allowed.
  • We reserve 10:00 pm – 9:00am as quiet time at the inn.
