Policies
- Monday - Thursday higher rate applies February 13 thru
May 27, 2007.
- Rates are subject to change during holiday periods, special
events; two or three night minimum may be required.
- Check-ins are from 3pm - 6pm. For arrivals after 6pm,
contact the innkeeper for arrangements.
- Due to our small size, a $35 fee applies if you need to
cancel your stay; the fee is $50 for holiday periods or
special events. A full night's charge applies if the
cancellation is within 48 hours of your arrival, unless the
room is re-rented.
- Please
note - groups of 3 or more rooms require a 50%
non-refundable deposit and are subject to an additional
"exclusive use" fee of $25 per person for using common
areas for group gatherings.
- We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,
travelers checks, or cash.
- All rates are based on double occupancy.
- Your
stay includes a full gourmet breakfast (served at 9am),
complimentary beverages including wine, cream sherry,
sodas, lemonade, ice tea, hot teas, coffee, cocoa, and
chocolate truffles every afternoon. Complimentary
mimosas are available, upon request, during breakfast on
weekends and holidays.
- For wedding parties, or groups of three rooms or more,
please notify us in advance as special policies apply.
- Each guest is provided with a reserved parking space.
- Sorry, no children. We consider our inn a retreat for
adults.
- Guests may smoke on outside porches.
