Historic St. Augustine is a shopper’s paradise with its many boutiques, antique emporiums and unique specialty shops. Shopping in the Old City is always a great way to spend time on your getaway. You can relax as you stroll down the historic streets of St. George and Charlotte Street, which is in the same area as our gorgeous St. Augustine Bed and Breakfast, and find special gift items and collectables you cannot find anywhere else. In fact, St. George Street has 11 blocks designated as “pedestrian only” that are full of excellent places to find a variety of items.

Another great place to find antiques and handmade collectibles is the San Marco Avenue region of the Old City. Many of St. Augustine’s oldest regions are home to the best antique stores and simply a must stop for anyone searching for older items. Also, just outside of St. Augustine, on North US 1 you’ll find the Antique Warehouse, a gigantic antique superstore.

Across the Matanzas River is Anastasia Island where you’ll find several unique art galleries, clothing boutiques, and unique surf shops. You’re guaranteed to find many shops that you and your family will love! There are also several shopping centers located on the island as well, and two really great outlet malls where you can find many deals and steals. Both the Ponce de Leon Mall and Cobblestone Village are large shopping centers in the city that offer shoppers many options.

The Prime 1 Outlet Mall is located on State Road 16 just a short drive from the historic downtown region of St. Augustine. At this outlet mall you can find stores such as Guess, Liz Claiborne, Coleman, PacSun and several other great brand stores. The second outlet mall, located at the intersection of I-95 and State Road 16, St. Augustine Premium Outlets has 85 fine outlet stores featuring brands such as Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, J.Crew, Nike, and Polo Ralph Lauren.
